Our Quiz Night Specials are planned for every 1st Tuesday of the month. This does change sometimes so keep an eye on the website. The August meeting may not go ahead with many of the regulars away on holiday.

October's Quiz Update:

Congratulations once again to the victorious 'Early Birds' who have now won 4 of the last 5 quizzes. Whilst this was a relatively low scoring quiz due to the nature of the questions, it was nevertheless gripping and very close throughout. Going into the last round any one of half of the 10 teams could have won it but 'Early Birds' had their 'joker' up their sleeve.

Only one 'maximum' was recorded, this being 'A La Carte' on the Picture round proving that they must watch a lot of television! 'Early Birds' won with 88 points and in second place, just 4 points behind were 'Ministry of Funny Walks'. Third equal came 'Us Three' and 'Go Bees' with 80 points.

Thanks to all 10 teams for truly making it a night to remember and also to 'Wild Weasels' who nearly made it unforgetable when their answer sheets caught light thus proving that the smoke and fire alarm systems work perfectly!
